第10屆年議會開會通知　Notice of Meeting of 10th Session of The Annual Conference

謹訂於2011 年11月24至27日假Comfort Inn, Dandenong, 124-126 Princes Highway, Dandenong, VIC. 3175 舉行第10屆年議會。特請     貴堂/布道所牧者暨年議會代表,屆時務必出席，共商聖工。本会也鼓励本处傳道及神學生出席旁听。

各堂會牧者及正式代表之旅費由年議會負責。本处傳道及神學生之旅費則請牧區堂會贊助。主辦堂會及其他贊助堂會將招待所有出席者膳宿。誠盼  貴堂會/布道所鼓勵同工出席會議，並請代禱。 

請主理牧師/傳道/代理傳道复印此份內容給參于此次年會各代表。

請協助年會經費盡早購買廉價機票。

為方便交通安排，有勞同工合作，把以下資料於11月7日之前email 主辦單位: echew07@gmail.com

 The 10^th Session of Annual Conference will be held in Melbourne from 24-27 November, 2011 at Comfort Inn, Dandenong, 124-126 Princes Highway, Dandenong, VIC. 3175. All pastoral personnel and lay delegates are required to attend. We also encourage Local Preachers and Theological Students to participate as observers.

           The Conference will be responsible for traveling expenses of all pastors, lay delegates and ex-officio members. Local Churches please pay the traveling expenses for Local Preachers and Theological Students according to your church’s financial ability. Food and accommodation will be provided by the organizing church and other supporting churches.

            Ministers-in-charge / Supply Minister / Supply Pastor please photocopy this document for all delegates of your church. We appreciate all delegates purchasing the cheapest air-tickets to assist in reducing the conference’s expenses.

             To facilitate transport arrangement, please send the following information to Conference Session Organizing Committee, Trinity Methodist Church via email: echew07@gmail.com, on or before 31 Oct, 2011.

请注意 Please take note of the following:

1. 11月24日早上将有两趟专车接送参与者前往大会地点，分别是上午9时正及中午12时正。

          Arrive Melbourne Tullamarine Airport on 24 November by 9:00 a.m. and by 12:00 p.m. as     

           coach departs from 9:00a.m & 12:00 noon Melbourne Tullamarine Airport for Conference

            venue.

2. 请所有在11月27日離開的班機，訂於當日下午五時之後。

   For departure on Sunday, 27 Nov 2011 please book your flight departing after 5pm. All delegates who booked flight before 5pm will have to arrange his / her own transport to go to the airport.
