年议会报告书格式Format of AC Report

致    ﹕ 所有牧者，各部主席，年議會團契主席, 年議會代表

 有 關 ﹕ 第 10 屆 年 議 會 報 告 书

主內同工平安.
第十屆年議會將於今年11月24日至11月27日假墨尔本舉行。
報告書請按照以下原則書寫﹕

1.    所有報告書必須以中，英文呈上各一份。请於10月31日之前以电邮寄到年会办公室: cmca.melbourneoffice@gmail.com 

2.    請所有牧者與教區長按照所規定的方式寫報告（參閱）。中文請用電腦打字，12 Font號碼（最好用楷書）。英文請用Times New Roman 12號碼。

3.    每一個堂會或者部都有編訂一個號碼，例如，牧職部是30號，牧職部的報告在頁數的底下中間第一頁寫上﹕32，第二頁32.1，第三頁32.2等等。

4.    請嚴格按照以上方式寫您的報告書，謝謝您的合作。

 Re: Reports for the Annual Conference

Dear Fellow Co-workers,
The 10^th Session of the Annual Conference will be held in Melbourne from 24^th to 27^th November, 2011. I would appreciate if you can submit your reports by observing the following instructions:

1.          All reports are to be prepared as 2 separate documents, one in Chinese, the other in English. Please submit them by email to cmca.melbourneoffice@gmail.com before 31^st October.

2.          For all Pastors and District Superintendents, please refer to the sample format enclosed. The font size for Chinese is size 12 (use Kai font if possible) and English will be Times New Roman font size 12.

3.          A page number has been allocated to each report. Please refer to the attached number and type the page number at the center bottom of each page. For example, the Board of Ministry report will be on page 32 for the first page, and 32.1 and 32.2 for the subsequent pages.

4.          Please note that the above instructions are to be observed strictly. Thank you for your co-operation.
